===== Trivia =====

  * Mike Rosengarten also appears as a member of the Sixteen Tons Trio in 1x1 and a performer at the Button Club in 3x8, 4x4 and 5x3. It is possible that they are all intended to be the same character, as they are all musicians played by the same actor. However, no confirmation of this exists.

  * Despite the cast ostensibly being listed in order of appearance, Mike Rosengarten is billed above numerous people who appear before him. This was likely an oversight and/or the result of deleted scenes, as the rest of the cast are indeed listed in order of appearance.
