S4E2 - Midge and Susie head down to the 15th Street Comedy Club, but Bobby informs them that all the slots are long taken and refuses to bump anyone. The two sit at the bar and loudly critique the acts while getting progressively drunker. David hosts, first introducing Noah Birnbaum. After Midge and Susie disrupt Noah Birnbaum’s act, Bobby tells Stewie to throw them out if they speak again. Stewie fails, however, to prevent their continued shenanigans. Later, Frankie Borden leaves the stage and David prepares to introduce Billy Jones. Susie plays a prank, locking Billy out of the club, leaving David to flounder on stage until Midge barges up and does Billy’s act. Outraged, Bobby tosses Midge and Susie out of the club and bans them for life.
S5E1 - At the Stage Deli, the patrons eat a Thanksgiving dinner consisting of things brought in by various people from the neighborhood. Patrons (including Billy Jones and Lonny) repeatedly fail to understand that this is not food prepared or endorsed by the Stage Deli, and Verla becomes increasingly irritated as she is forced to explain over and over. Dinah also grows frustrated, as she attempts to arrange a group saying of grace, but is mocked and ignored by patrons including Billy Jones and Russell.
MIDGE: (doing Billy’s act) Rough week. Women, huh? You can't live with 'em, you can't… Well, that pretty much sums it up. You can't live with 'em. Huh? My wife. Oh, brother. She saw a psychic who told her that in a past life, she was Mary, Queen of Scots. I said, “Well, hope you had a good time, honey, 'cause in this life, you're Mary, Clean My Socks.” My wife […] says she wants a job. Can you believe that? I says to her, “Sweetie, you got two jobs already that you never show up for: hand and blow.”

DINAH: I'll be leading the whole room in saying grace. You gotta say grace at Thanksgiving, so be ready.
RUSSELL: I don't know grace.
BILLY: I do. Great ass.
