S4E5 - Tawny serves Rose drinks when she comes to see Midge perform.

S4E6 - As Boise looks on horrified, Tawny and two other waitresses overwhelm Kenny with a flurry of very feminine drink orders from the Wolford’s rapidly shifting clientele.

S4E6 - In a meeting with Terrence, Boise and Mario attempt to put a stop to the feminization of the Wolford. When Midge comes over with Susie, they angrily confront her. Kenny sides with Boise and Mario, having been overwhelmed with unusual drink orders, but Tawny, Bunny, Mitzi and Tilly all pitch in on Midge’s side. Terrence is on the side of the money, and when he sees that these changes have only increased profits, he makes the call that they should double down on them, much to the chagrin of Boise and Mario.

S5E1 - At the Wolford, Susie goes up and sits in a balcony seat to watch Midge’s closing act, where she orders some ice for her tooth from Tawny. After a moment, Susie notices Gordon Ford entering with a pack of guys. She grabs Tawny and asks her to confirm what she’s seeing, then wonders to herself whether the better strategy would be to let Midge know about the visitor or not. Ultimately, time makes the decision for her, as the lights go down for Midge’s set and Susie orders a Scotch with a whiskey in it from Tawny. The set does not start well, but Midge recovers and eventually gets some chuckles from Gordon, which Susie notes approvingly. As Midge wraps up her act, Susie sends Tawny to fetch her and then goes up to talk to Gordon.

TAWNY: What would you like to drink?
ROSE: Very cold water, please.
TAWNY: You get water, I still have to charge you. And there's a two-drink minimum.
ROSE: Water… and two sherries.

TAWNY: Kenny, where's my sherry flip? I got three mai tais here, no flip.
KENNY: Hold your horses. What came after grasshoppers?
TAWNY: Sherry flip.
WAITRESS 2: Extra cherries.
TAWNY: Sherry flip, sherry flip, sherry flip, sherry… Thank you.

BOISE: I wasn't asking, but thank you.

SUSIE: Hey, can I get some ice?
TAWNY: For what?
SUSIE: You want to read my diary, too?

SUSIE: There! Follow my hand.
TAWNY: Yeah, that's him. Boy, he's much better looking in person.
SUSIE: Fuck. Fuck. What do I do? Should I go tell Midge he's here? No. That will fuck with her head, right? Or will it light a fire under her ass? Fuck. I don't know. Protect her head or her ass?! (exhales) Jesus Christ, I told her to suck. Maybe a little nudge is good. Right? Okay, I gotta think like Midge. What would she want? I don't know. Shit. Shit. Fuck. Cock. Why are the lights changing? Am I having a stroke?
TAWNY: The number's done.
SUSIE: Oh, it's done. The universe decided. Bring me a Scotch with a whiskey in it, okay? What the fuck are you standing there for? Oh. I just get really amped up, you know?
