Susie’s driver and bodyguard in 1990.

S5E6 - (Flashforward) On Saturday, June 2, 1990, The New York Friars Club hosts a “Testi-Roastial” (half testimonial dinner, half roast) in honor of Susie Myerson. As Susie arrives (an hour late) and heads in, Dennis goes over to the reporters and blocks Len from getting a photo of Susie, ruining his report.

S5E6 (Flashforward) After the event, Susie comes outside to find Dennis waiting for her with the car ready. Brimming with optimism from her impending reconciliation with Midge, she informs Dennis that she’ll be walking home instead, which he assents to genially.

SUSIE: Think I'm gonna walk home, Dennis.
DENNIS: Nice night for it, ma'am.
