One of Joel’s girlfriends a year after he leaves Midge.

S2E7 - Julie is present at Maisel and Roth while the staff celebrates Joel buying the building. She comes over to Joel and asks to schedule their next date. After the party, she receives cab fare from Archie as a very drunk Joel rambles in the background.

JULIE: Joel, can we do Thursday instead of Wednesday? I'm gonna have to take my mother to church.
