Member of Italian family above Susie’s apartment. Brother of Salvatore.

S2E3 - Luigi and his family have moved downstairs into Susie’s apartment while Harry Drake’s goons are on the hunt. The family observe as Susie receives a bill from the phone company, and shares an exasperated phone call with one of their people.

S2E3 - As Susie catches up with Midge on the phone, Luigi performs a one-man show for the rest of his family.

MIDGE: What is that? What is that noise?
SUSIE: Oh, it's Luigi TV.
MIDGE: It's what?
SUSIE: One of the kids here, little Luigi, stands outside the window, puts on a little show for everyone, like he's on TV. His domestic comedy's on now. It's pretty funny. Oh, wait, commercial break. Go on.
