S4E4 - Midge continues to wage an uphill battle trying to improve the working conditions at the Wolford. After a disastrous set, she goes over to Boise to air her complaints. He is dismissive as usual, but she is able to secure a new curtain guy when the two stumble on a man who is clearly doing nothing.

MIDGE: Come on. These are not hard fixes. If we had a sound check, we'd know if the mic is working.
BOISE: Mic works. The sound guy just wasn't behind the board yet.
MIDGE: And the curtain and…
BOISE: Same guy who runs the board runs the curtain.
MIDGE: Maybe we could get a different guy to run the curtain.
BOISE: What am I, the WPA? A fucking chicken in every pot? You think I got the kind of money to hire a guy just to run the curtain?
MIDGE: What's he do?
BOISE: Huh.
MIDGE: Congratulations! You're the new curtain guy!
