Biography
S4E5 - Solomon hires Rose to find matches for his daughters.
S4E6 - Rose invites Norma and Lorraine over to Midge’s apartment so she can begin plotting their romantic prospects, but has to contend with the fact that Abe is crowding the place up with Imogene, while Zelda and Midge clear out the busted fridge. Midge gives the Melamids some food to hold, much to Rose’s chagrin.
S4E6 - When the Matchmaker Mafia (Benedetta, Miss Em, Molly, Gitta) learns that Rose has been stepping on their turf by doing matchmaking for the Melamids (who are Jews, and thus Gitta’s domain), they invite her out to Brighton Beach under the guise of a luncheon for women who own small businesses. When she gets there, they reveal their true intentions, and openly threaten violence against Rose if she does not stop.
Quotes & Dialogue
ROSE: Tell me about them, your girls.
SOLOMON: Well… Norma has a penchant for stable boys. She's the Starlight of the family.
ROSE: I see.
SOLOMON: Lorraine, the younger one, she got kicked in the head by a horse as a child, so she's an easy mark. We've had a lot of schemers and gigolos who look at Lorraine and see the goose that laid the golden egg. She almost married an actor.
ROSE: Heavens.
SOLOMON: I got him a job on the road promoting Ford Thunderbirds. He's in Alaska as we speak. But they aren't all so easily disposed of.

ROSE: Well, then I'd better get right to work. Where are Norma and Lorraine now?
SOLOMON: In the city. They live together there like a pair of ex-nuns.
